1. Discharges all unsecured debts which includes credit card debt, medical bills, unsecured loans, debts arising from repossessions or foreclosures.
2. Stops garnishments and lawsuits.
3. Stays on your credit report for ten years.
4. All attorney fees must be paid before the Bankruptcy is filed.

1. Retain possession of your property such as cars and homes even if you have missed several payments.
2. Reduces the total debt owed on many cars, furniture, computers. This provision is called the "cram-down'' provision.
3. Almost all our clients receive substantial relief on all unsecured debt. Many pay as low as two percent total unsecured amount.
4. Stays on your credit report for seven years. When plan is paid off in 30 - 60 months, you will receive this credit.
5. Attorney fees are financed through the plan.
6. To be eligible you must have a regular income and have leftover disposable income.
